  Joe is great and very knowledgeable. I had a 1TB external hard drive fail on me. It literally had every picture and video on it since 2002 that I had ever taken which includes 3 kids, multiple family weddings etc. To say I was in a panic would be an understatement. Joe and his crew were able to recover the data and transferred them to a new 2TB external and suggested, which I agreed with, to have a second 2TB to back that up. They could have charged me anything and I would have paid it. They of course did not, instead charged a reasonable fee for their efforts and the products and I was very happy. Based on that good experience I bought a MacBook Air from them which was previously used. The unit works great and is in awesome condition. I can't recommend these guys enough. If you have an issue with your tech or you need an inexpensive laptop or computer, go check these guys out.
